Check-in is hassle-free with our smart lock system, and guests will receive all check-in instructions and door codes 24 hours prior to arrival. Our staff is available via messaging seven days a week. House rules ensure a peaceful stay: no smoking, no pets, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Guests are kindly asked not to wear shoes in the house and to keep wet clothes off the furniture. The owner or their representative may access the property with reasonable notice during your stay, except in emergencies.
