Tavares sits on the shores of enchanting Lake Dora, which is well-known for its boating and beautiful wildlife. We are in the golf cart zone, or walk to downtown restaurants and nightlife in less than 20 minutes. Drive to: Publix - 5 min, Winn-Dixie - 4 min, Advent Waterman Hospital - 6 min, Target - 8 min, with many more shops, amenities, and outdoor activities within 10-15 min drive. Most of our units are newly remodeled and we offer studio efficiencies, 1BR, and 2BR bedroom apartments starting at $1050 per month. Water, sewer, trash, and parking are included in all units. Our Efficiencies additionally include electricity, basic cable, and WiFi, giving you the convenience of having only one bill. There is ample parking for tenants. We have a newly remodeled laundry room with brand new washer-dryer units, an Amazon Locker, as well as security cameras throughout the property. We do not charge an application fee, but do require prospective tenants to pass a credit and background check before an apartment can be leased. The fee for this is paid by the prospective tenant directly to the credit service provider.
