No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests staying past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
