It includes a bar-height dining table for two, a comfortable queen bed, a dresser and closet for clothes storage, a pack n play, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Relax in the outdoor sitting area with Adirondack chairs and enjoy the convenience of one off-street parking space. The cottage is pet-friendly, accommodating one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of. Enjoy the city with a trolley ride or hire a bike to soak up the sights at your own pace. Quiet hours are enforced between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. The maximum number of overnight guests is two, and any additional guests must be approved by the hosts. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Late check-outs and early check-ins may be accommodated for a fee of $15 per hour, subject to availability. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside the property, including the outdoor patio. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay.
