A sitting room adjacent to the living room features a twin daybed with a trundle to accommodate two guests. The spacious dining room seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a drip coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, pots and pans set, plates, bowls, and more. A spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available, along with a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Outdoors, enjoy a large porch with an outdoor couch and Adirondack chairs, perfect for soaking up the beautiful Florida sun. This home is pet-friendly, accommodating one dog under 50 lbs with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty trained. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges apply if dog waste is not properly disposed of. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or large group gatherings. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in reservation cancellation. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for overstaying.
