Beach gear including a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and toys are also provided. Welcome to our chic Coastal Pool Cabana, your paradise awaits. The second floor features a spacious and open dining room with a large table that seats eight, a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space for large meals, and an additional dining set for four. The inviting living room includes a wrap-around couch, coastal chairs, and a daybed that sleeps one. The luxury en-suite master bedroom offers a king-size bed, smart TV, dresser, and walk-in closet, along with a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The first floor includes a living room with direct access to the pool, a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV. Guest bedrooms offer queen and twin beds, and the garage is equipped with a ping pong table, magnetic darts, a lounge area, and a gym corner. We can accommodate one dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. A $248 non-refundable pet fee will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Located just a five-minute walk from the beach with public access, this home is only three miles from downtown St. Augustine, offering easy access to top attractions, restaurants, and bars. A public grocery store and top restaurants are just a few minutes' drive away. The public community center with basketball and tennis courts and a playground is only a two-minute walk. St. Augustine is known for its historic charm, flavorful dining, art, culture, and entertainment, making it an ideal locale for family fun and adventure. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees.
