Step inside your very own slice of paradise and be greeted with a bright, welcoming space designed with your comfort in mind. The spacious lounge offers a comfortable place to gather after a day at the beach, with over 100 channels to choose from on the big screen. The sofa converts into a queen bed for additional sleeping space. The powder-white kitchen is fully equipped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a breakfast bar for meals. The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed, an additional TV, and a dresser. The second bedroom includes another cozy king bed and a third TV. The central bathroom offers a stylish walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels. Step out onto the covered back patio to enjoy the ocean breeze with a lovely sitting area, perfect for a morning coffee from your Keurig machine. The yard and pool are shared with neighboring suites. Free parking is included with your stay, and there is plenty of off-street parking available. Paradise Palms is located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island. The island shares the rich history of St. Augustine and its historic district, offering attractions, shops, and restaurants with a laid-back vibe. Visit the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum or the picturesque Anastasia State Park, featuring four miles of white quartz sand beaches for bird watching, biking, swimming, fishing, and surfing. Just one block from the suite is the gorgeous St. Augustine Beach, with seaside restaurants, shops, and St. John's County Ocean Pier Park. The best way to get around St. Augustine is by car, with free parking included and plenty of off-street parking. Rideshare apps and taxis are also available, and the Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city. You may hear guests in the adjoining unit. The pool is a shared amenity with three other Paradise Palms units, and separate rules apply. The home has two active security cameras: one at the front facing the parking area and another facing the pool and deck area. No private areas are visible, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, with a fee of $50 per hour for late check-outs. A laptop computer is not included.
