Enhance your stay with optional pool heating at $35 per day, requiring a week's notice for coordination. A golf cart is available for reservation at $80 per day, with a two-day minimum. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval, subject to a pet fee and a potential security deposit of up to $150. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Please note that the home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Up to three standard-size cars can park in the driveway, and we are not responsible for towing or fines from parking violations. Respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.
