LEASE TERM: August 15, 2024 to January 15th 2024 Everything has been completely updated. The linen closet is stocked with towels while the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc . The house comes with a grill, patio furniture and fenced in back yard. There is a desk in one of the bedrooms (unfortunately not pictured). The laundry room is right off the third bedroom in an outdoor room but still attached to the home. There aren’t tvs in any of the bedrooms. The home is conveniently located - 9 minutes to the beach 11 minutes to Embry-Riddle 16 minutes from Epic flight academy LEASE DETAILS: Owner will pay utilities to include: water, electricity, garbage, lawn care and internet. Water and electricity will be capped at $200 (total) per month - any overages will be split by all tenants equally. First month’s rent and security deposit due at signing. Security deposit equals one month’s rent. There is a mandatory cleaning fee of $330 (or $110 per person) charged upon move-out but can be deducted from security deposit at the end of the lease. Pets are not allowed. CO-SIGNERS: tenants will need to credit qualify and pass a background check.
