A private dock with lift, plus kayaks, are ready to launch. Bikes, kayaks, golf clubs, and beach supplies are all provided. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $45 per day. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged.
