A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged.
