Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate is based on standard occupancy rate and additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out. We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply due to insurer's policy, prohibiting Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Wolf Dog hybrids, Belgian Malinois, American bully, Alsatian, mixed breeds linked to any of the breeds described, and any trained attack or fighting dog.
