This home is jam-packed with amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and a coffee maker with drip, Keurig, coffee pot, and French press options. Enjoy a living room with a 65" smart TV and a large plush sofa, a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard table, arcade games, and foosball, and a movie theater with a projector, large plush sofa and seating, and a popcorn machine. Outdoor amenities include a heated private pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor patio/dining, BBQ grill, putt putt, corn hole, floaties, and giant Jenga. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. The heated pool fee is $100 per night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. At least a 3-day notice is required before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Nearby attractions include Boca Ciega Millennium Park, Lake Seminole Park, Seminole City Park, Treasure Island Fun Center, and the Seminole Historical Society. Dining options include Clear Sky on Park, Seminole Diner, Stefano’s, Empanada Brothers, and Jimmy’s Sushi. Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway, and street parking is allowed. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
