The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, and microwave, along with essential cooking tools, pots, pans, and silverware. Free parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of two cars per reservation. A pet policy allows guests to bring up to 2 pets with a fee of $125 per stay. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the fenced-in backyard, and pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet. Service pets stay for free. Situated in a very safe neighborhood, this home is centrally located near several hospitals and beautiful beaches. Although the home is on a busier road, there may be occasional noise from cars. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, events, or social gatherings are allowed, and a violation of these rules can result in the cancellation of the remainder of your stay without any refund and an additional penalty of up to $500. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. A security camera is installed in the carport area to monitor the front door and driveway only. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST. Noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. Includes a dedicated office desk for remote work and complimentary Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
