After a day of adventure, unwind on the deck or by the water’s edge and savor the serene beauty that surrounds you. The main spaces of the home include a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a large refrigerator, ample cabinetry, a large island with high seating, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room features an 85” smart TV, expansive windows, a large plush sofa, direct outdoor access, a high ceiling, and a pool table. The game room includes 4 arcade machines. Outdoor fun and amenities include a heated private pool, private dock, kayaks, fire pit, hot tub, pickleball court, outdoor patio and dining, BBQ grill, corn hole, beach essentials, and life vests for adults and kids. The heated private pool is available for $100 per night. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Parking is available in the driveway for 5 cars max, and street parking is not allowed. Nearby attractions include Highlands Hammock State Park, Sebring International Raceway, Children’s Museum of the Highlands, Airboat Wildlife Adventures, and Military Sea Services Museum. Restaurants in the area include Faded Bistro and Beer Garden, The 301, The Cellar Grille and Wine Bar, Cowpoke’s Watering Hole, and Apex at Seven. Getting around is convenient by car or rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. The heated pool fee is $100 per night, and the pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver.
