Shared washer and dryer with the attached cottage. There are plenty of windows for natural light but also with heavy blinds if darker atmosphere is needed. You have your own space on the screened in porch with comfy seating and a pretty view. From the front yard you can catch a Space X rocket from time to time. We have two bicycles you can use to explore. Also, assortment of fishing poles to use just minutes away at the Indian River. From our tenants: Thank you so much.
