Our home is 1/2 mile from Siesta Key Beach. It is available Sept. 1 - Dec. 29, 2023. The home is occupied Jan. 1 - Aug. 31, 2024. The home is furnished. The stay includes WiFi, YouTubeTV, a washer/dryer, a single-car garage, a Tesla charging station, and a heated community pool.
The master bedroom offers a Simmons Beauty rest king bed and a 60" Samsung smart TV. The master closet has plenty of space for your shoes, beach, and evening wear. The master bath features a walk-in tile shower, a soaker tub, and his & her vanities. A slider patio door opens from the master bedroom so you can let out your furry kiddo.
The main floor features the living room, dining area, and kitchen. A half-bathroom and study area are on the main floor. Off the kitchen is a balcony where you can enjoy outdoor dining.
The third floor features two guest rooms. Each guest room has a queen and walk-in closet. A full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower connects the two guest rooms.
Of course, we know furry kiddos are like family and yours may join you (one pet, must be friendly and on a leash when outside). We have extras like beach chairs and beach toys. Note that stairs are part of our home, so if you cannot walk stairs, our home will not be a good option.
The maximum number of guests is six (6). One car may park in the garage and a second in the driveway. No smoking, tobacco, firearms, or parties are allowed anywhere in Siesta Pointe. All guests will be required to abide by HOA community rules. Please reach out for dates of inquiry.
