The entire bathroom has a custom venetian plaster finish which is completely waterproof but cannot have harsh chemicals or liquids with dye in it. Please be mindful of this detail! All kitchen appliances are stainless steel and electric and the countertops are marble. The private backyard has a covered patio with 2 outdoor fans. Pictured is a 4 person hot tub but this will be removed before the move in date (please ask if you would like the hot tub to be kept). You will also have access to a washer and dryer located inside the house, next to the kitchen.
