We kindly ask that your dog be crate-trained and that you pick up after your dog. Parking is available on the street for one car. Conveniently located in the heart of Sarasota, you’ll be just minutes from pristine beaches, downtown dining, boutique shopping, and cultural attractions. Pineapple 3 is the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and experience all that Sarasota has to offer. Nearby attractions include Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Bayfront Park, and St. Armands Circle. Getting around is easy with car rentals and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft readily available. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties are allowed, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. The backyard is a shared space, so other guests may also be enjoying the area during your stay. Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay if reported prior to check-out.
