A fee of $300 will be charged for each room that has a smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess or damage. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. There are three security cameras located in the doorbell, rear yard, and side yard by the trash, solely to keep track of the cleaning team.
