The area is well-served by rideshare services, and the free Seaside shuttle service offers a convenient option to avoid traffic on Scenic Hwy 30A. Check-in time is 4pm or after. Check-out time is 11am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are not allowed. No events or vendors are permitted on the property.
