An air mattress can be requested in advance. This rental is pet-friendly with a fee of $100 per stay. Free shaded parking is available. Located in a safe and quiet waterside area, this condo is directly across from a boat ramp and next to a marina. It's also just a 6-minute drive to the beach. Doc Fords rum bar is conveniently located next door, and the entrance to the Pinellas Trail is right across the street. Plenty of dining and bar options are nearby, including Cody’s Roadhouse, Glory Days Grill, and Doe Doe’s Diner, all within 0.5 miles. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Guests can bring up to 2 pets, and they must pick up after their pets inside and outside the rental. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner unless you have a private, fenced-in backyard. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. A $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. No lethal weapons are allowed on the property unless requested and approved in advance in writing, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place inside the rental, a $250 penalty will be charged.
