If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Guests can bring up to 2 pets. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund.
