2 furnished bedrooms in a shared 3 bed 3 bath pool house, in Saint Cloud, near Orlando. High speed Internet and All Utilities Included. No deposits. No extra fees. Prefer long term stay with month to month flexibility. $850 for bedroom with private bath, or $950 for bedroom and bath with private entrance. Many nice amenities. Each Private bedroom features a large window with room darkening curtains, a desk, a large smart TV, a green yard view, a good size closet with lots of shelving. One room has a full size remote control adjustable bed. The other room has a private entrance. No carpeting throughout house and quality air filters changed monthly for best indoor air quality. Also includes a shared kitchen and living room with fitness equipment, a massage chair, a piano, a screened in lanai and in ground pool. The large driveway fits each vehicle comfortably. I'm looking for 2 other housemates who are clean and easy going. Outdoor shopping malls are a 3 minute drive, or 15 minute walk with grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, drugstore and a gas station. We are 2 miles from the Florida Turnpike. 35 minutes from the Orlando Airport, Universal Studio, Disney, Lake Nona, Kissimmee and many other attractions and local hospitals. 45 minutes to UCF Campus.
