Enjoy access to two community pools, one of which is heated, a bocce ball court, and an on-site grill. Located right by St. Augustine beach, this condo offers a private path to the boardwalk and the white sandy beach. Ocean Villas is nestled on Anastasia Island, near many attractions, shops, and restaurants with a laid-back vibe. The condo is a 10-15 minute drive from the historic downtown St. Augustine area. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to remove or tamper with it may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper.
