The main home includes a covered outdoor dining area and back porch with additional seating, a small outdoor firepit, and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need for meals at home. The first floor features a dining area, living room with a half bath, an office space or reading nook with amazing natural sunlight, and a master suite with a queen bed and full bathroom with shower. The second floor boasts a spacious suite with a king bed, sitting room, and full bathroom with a soaking tub. Tucked behind the main home is a charming cottage with a living room, family games, a queen bed, and a full bathroom with shower. Enjoy the outdoor dining area with an umbrella for added comfort. We can accommodate one dog under 50 lbs at the home with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of. St. Augustine, the nation’s most historic city, offers old-world charm, flavorful dining, art and culture, and an abundance of entertainment. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for all ages. This top location is right in the heart of the historic Fullerwood neighborhood of Uptown St. Augustine, only a short 5-minute drive into the city center with its abundance of restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Vilano Beach, one of St. Augustine's most popular beaches, is also only a few minutes' drive away. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental with free parking included. Rent bikes from local vendor Drifter's to enjoy the Florida weather, or use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft. Once in the city center, many attractions are within walking distance. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service. Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or any large group gatherings. An active security camera is located at the front of the home, facing the driveway. Tampering with the security camera may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees. A laptop computer is not included.
