It's a 10-minute walk to Lightner Museum, White Room, and Flagler College, a 15-minute walk to St. George Street, and a 20-minute walk to the Fort. The St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sebastian Winery are also nearby. Guests can easily explore the town on foot or by bike, with Drifters offering daily bike rentals and drop-off service. The Old Town Trolley Tours provide a fun hop-on, hop-off service with stops throughout St. Augustine. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, and if evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay.
