We are not your typical living space and don't have much desire to be like one.
A clean background is a must and no evictions in the last 5 years pls. We are people of integrity, and optimism and lots of laughter on the occasion we see each other. This place is 7,042 sf, so it's infrequent to run into each other, but still we are open to another individual that is like-minded and has similar energy. We enjoy living a safe and clean, and a bit of luxury doesn't hurt our feelings! We are down-to-earth and DRAMA FREE. No overnight guests. Utilities are electricity, water and highest speed internet for $75-100/mo depending on suite
I am not in a rush.to fill the space. I'm looking for the right fit because you'll likely spend several months under the same roof :)
We are located just couple mi south of Palencia and IGP off of US1. Publix 3 mi. Gym, Nails and Nature Galore all within 3 mi. Bridge of Lions 17 mins South This location is perfect for flight school students or traveling nurses/corp workers. St Aug Airport like 8 mins away.
