Charming and recently renovated apartment in the epicenter of Historic Downtown St. Augustine. When you're done exploring the city, come home and unwind in a fully stocked and renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom modern suite with a private courtyard. No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building, featuring a full kitchen with granite countertops, designer furniture, and flat-screen TVs with cable in every room. We can accommodate one dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained and kenneled. No puppies under one year. The pet must be added to the reservation prior to check-in and a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included. Guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay. The apartment is in the center of the Historic District of Downtown St. Augustine. Walk out the front door and everything the city has to offer is right at your fingertips. There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but we provide one parking pass for the Municipal Parking Garage, a 5-minute walk away, and the City of St. Augustine has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. Park your car and forget about it as everything is within walking distance. Feeling adventurous? Rent bikes and have them delivered to your front door. If you don't feel like walking but still want to explore, the city offers several trolley tours. The home has an active security camera installed at the front of the building. No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Door codes do not activate until the set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. A laptop computer is not included.
