The property allows one dog under 50 lbs, provided it is up to date on vaccinations, has flea treatment, and is potty trained. A $100 non-refundable pet fee applies, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not properly disposed of, with a fee of $50 per pile. Getting around St. Augustine is convenient with your own car or a rental, as free parking is included with your stay. Rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis, are readily available. Once in the city center, many shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions are within walking distance, making it easy to explore on foot. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 PM and 8 AM per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. The property is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival.
