Beach gear, including chairs, towels, toys, and a cooler, is provided. Two assigned parking spots are included with your stay, one of which is covered. The condo is located perfectly in town, just a 15-20 minute walk into the downtown district and only a couple miles away from the nearest public beach. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time.
