He has served on the St. Johns County Board of Realtors and the St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service for the past 10 years as a Director and Treasurer. Additionally, Gene has been the chairman of the Finance Committee as well as Vice-chair of the Professional Standards Committee. He was elected as President of the St. Johns/St. Augustine County Multiple Listing Service President in 2024, as well as selected by his peers as “Realtor of the Year” 2023.
