Samuel “Sammy” Hale was born in Key Largo, Florida, and moved to St. Augustine in 2001 to attend Flagler College. After earning his degree in Business Administration in 2005, Sammy chose to make St. Augustine his home and began building his career in the local real estate industry. He became a real estate sales associate in 2005 and, in 2010, became the broker of Superior Real Estate Services, LLC.
Since the inception of Superior Real Estate Services in 2010, Sammy has grown the company into a thriving commercial and residential property management and real estate sales business. On April 10, 2026, Sammy expanded that vision with the purchase of North Shore Property Management, bringing together two established local companies with a shared commitment to exceptional service, strong relationships, and the continued growth of the St. Johns County community.
With the addition of North Shore Property Management, Superior Real Estate Services is now one of the largest locally owned commercial property management companies in the area. Sammy and his team currently manage more than 1 million square feet of commercial property, providing local property owners and tenants with experienced, hands on management backed by a team that knows and understands the St. Johns County market.
Sammy is passionate about preserving the character and magic of Historic Downtown St. Augustine while supporting thoughtful growth throughout the community. He specializes in helping property owners bring their visions to life and believes successful development should create places that locals will support and enjoy while continuing to welcome visitors from near and far to experience the Nation’s Oldest City.
Throughout his career, Sammy has been involved in numerous notable local real estate transactions, including the Flagler College Fitness Center and Bookstore, River and Fort Restaurant, Mojo’s Barbeque, Casa Reina, Catch 27, St. Augustine Shipwreck Treasure Museum, 11 Aviles Street, and many more.
As Superior Real Estate Services enters this next chapter, Sammy’s mission remains focused on building lifelong relationships with clients and providing the quality service and support that local businesses, homeowners, residents, tenants, and property owners deserve. The acquisition of North Shore Property Management represents another step toward strengthening locally owned commercial property management throughout St. Johns County while maintaining the personal service and community relationships that have been central to Sammy’s business from the beginning.
When not working, you can find Sammy fishing aboard the “Hale Yeah” in the waters of St. Augustine as a US Coast Guard licensed captain. He also enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and two daughters and supporting the many local businesses that make St. Augustine such a special place to call home.
