In addition, any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. If an unapproved party/event does occur, hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch.
