It's also a 5-minute walk to the lighthouse, Alligator farm, restaurants, and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, with no exceptions.
