Located a short drive from many attractions, this home is a 2-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) to historic downtown St. Augustine and a 2-minute drive to the beach at Anastasia State Park. It's also a 5-minute walk to the lighthouse, Alligator Farm, restaurants, and bars. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch; if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
