The living room is the perfect place to unwind, with a sofa chaise ideal for binging your favorite Netflix show on the large smart TV. The sofa pulls out to a queen sleeper, making it perfect for a traveling family or small group. Extra sheets and pillows are provided for added comfort. For those traveling for work, a perfect work station is ready for you. The abundant natural lighting provided in the home makes it bright and cheery. The kitchen is equipped with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and more, including a coffee pot and complimentary coffee to start your morning right. You'll enjoy a good night's rest on the new queen memory foam bed, with a spacious closet and dresser drawers to make you feel more at home and organized. The bedroom also holds a cozy sitting area for relaxing as you get ready for the day. The full bathroom includes a shower and tub combo, stocked with white towels, shower essentials, a blow dryer, and a first aid kit. St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, it's just a short walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries, such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes. Head south along San Marco Ave for innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops, and more, winding up in the downtown Historic District, a whole other adventure. Appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s by walking through neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Jump aboard the Trolley to see the city, or hire a bike to soak up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. The apartment has one reserved, off-street parking spot, with additional free street parking available. The city is very walkable, and Uber or Lyft are options for getting around. The beach is a short drive away. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins are not permitted without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house. Any excessive mess will result in additional cleaning fees.
