The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer with a water dispenser and icemaker, an electric glass top stove, a convection setting oven and range hood vent, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, a coffee maker, a hot water electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a Ninja smoothie blender, eating utensils, plates and bowls, drinking glasses, and cookware. Parking is available for one car in the shared driveway. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Fort Mose, a 40-acre waterfront state park, is a quick 5-minute walk away. Vilano Beach and downtown St. Augustine are also nearby. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. An attempt to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr.
