The master suite features a king-size bed and an exceptionally large walk-in closet with a full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a cozy queen bed with a full dresser and closet, and a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located across the hall. In the back of the home, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a twin daybed with trundle and armoire, and another with a queen bed, accessible through the twin daybed bedroom. The spacious, modern kitchen offers ample counter space and a full suite of high-end appliances. A dedicated office space is available, complete with fast 300MB Wi-Fi. Smart TVs with Roku devices are provided for your entertainment. Enjoy free parking with an attached one-car garage and a large circular driveway that accommodates up to three cars. Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, the home is a short walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. The downtown Historic District is a 20-minute walk away, offering a whole other adventure. Explore the city by hopping on the Trolley or renting a bike to soak up each neighborhood, museum, and monument. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. No parties are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera or disconnecting the internet may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with young children should use the home at their own risk. Includes a dedicated office space with fast 300MB Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
