Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. Pets are not allowed; however, emotional support animals incur a pet fee of $80, while service animals are free. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged.
