This bright and breezy condo blends comfort, convenience, and tropical charm—just steps from the sand, pool, and all the resort vibes. It features two comfy queen beds, a kitchenette with a granite countertop, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. The dining table for four offers window views of the water, perfect for light cooking, snacks, and late-night cravings. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, while closet space with hangers, a fan, and storage for beach gear ensures convenience. Iron, hair dryer, and extra linens are included. We provide beach towels, chairs, and a cooler so you can travel light. A pet is allowed per reservation with a maximum weight of 35lb for a dog, and a pet fee per stay is $125. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional fee of $100 is required. ESA pets incur the same fee, while service animals are free. The neighborhood is a peaceful, bayside retreat with rentals and restaurants. The amenities are walkable, as are one or two restaurants and a marina. If you want to drive to other beaches or Tampa, you'll need a car. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged for helping gain re-entry, and $200 if outside regular business hours. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. A $20 resort fee acts as a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. We do not issue refunds for such disturbances. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
