Welcome to Bahia Beach! Feel at home in this updated waterfront studio, offering a private balcony with stunning bay views, perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset wine. This studio is fully stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, basic cookware, and dishware. Enjoy access to two pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a fitness center, a fishing dock, private beach access, and two waterfront restaurants just steps away. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed. If permission is granted, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or Smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. Because this apartment is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell, which is normal for waterfront homes. The occasional pest is common in Florida, and while regular treatments are performed, refunds are not issued for pests. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. [SI]
