This airy studio is designed for comfort and convenience, just steps from the sand and resort fun. It features two plush queen beds with fresh linens and cozy bedding, a full bath with a shower/tub combo, and a kitchenette perfect for snacks, light meals, or coffee breaks. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware, all set against a granite countertop and a dining table for four with water views. Entertainment options include a smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi. Additional essentials like closet space, a fan, storage for beach gear, a hair dryer, iron, and extra linens are provided. One pet per reservation is allowed with a maximum weight of 35 lbs for a $125 fee per stay. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional fee of $100 applies. ESA pets incur the same fee, while service animals are free. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. You can walk to the beach, pools, and dining, but a car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. Because the property is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell, which is just part of the coastal charm. As this is Florida, the occasional pest is common, but regular treatments are conducted. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7, and unfortunately, it can’t be switched off from inside the unit. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty applies if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 applies, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Unauthorized weapons are not allowed, with a penalty of $250 for violations. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. A $20 resort fee acts as a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay. Items left behind incur a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
