Escape to this bright and breezy waterfront studio in Palm Terrace at Little Harbor and feel at home. This studio is designed for comfort and convenience and is just minutes from the sand and resort. This studio features a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Enjoy meals for 4 with relaxing views of palms and sparkling waters. Entertainment and essential amenities include a Smart TV with streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, closet space, a fan, storage for beach gear, a hair dryer, iron, and extra linens. The coin-operated laundry is downstairs like an "open room." Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Other guests will be at the resort. Because the property is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee.
