Enjoy your coastal getaway and feel at home in this bright, sunlit studio suite. This suite features 2 comfy beds and a huge private balcony overlooking the water. This airy suite blends comfort, convenience, and tropical charm. The compact kitchenette features a granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. There is also a dining table for 4 with water views. Entertainment options include a Smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed Wi-Fi. Closet space with hangers, a fan, and storage for beach gear are available, as well as an iron, hair dryer, and extra linens. The coin-operated laundry is downstairs like an "open room." We provide beach towels, chairs, and a cooler so you can travel light. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. Bahia Beach is a peaceful bayside retreat with restaurants, rentals, and a marina. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, and nearby beaches. Because we’re right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without any refund and charge a $250 penalty. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. ESA pets incur a pet fee of $125. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, we do not allow any lethal weapons on our properties. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout times are 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up).
