Welcome to the Beach Suite at Little Harbor! Feel at home in this ground-floor, 2-bedroom studio-style suite, giving you access to sandy Bahia Beach and the full resort, just a few minutes' walk away. This fully equipped suite accommodates up to 4 guests and features a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, fresh towels, and starter toiletries. The kitchenette includes a granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware. Enjoy entertainment with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided. Coin-operated laundry is available downstairs. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Little Harbor is a relaxed resort community right on Tampa Bay. Everything in the resort is walkable, and a car is recommended for exploring Tampa, Bradenton, or nearby dining. This apartment is minutes from the beach, pool, gym, BBQ grills, tennis, playground, and more. Two waterfront restaurants are within walking distance, and a fishing dock and marina are nearby. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. All the amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort, and we do not guarantee nor are we responsible for their cleanliness or availability. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, any lethal weapons are not allowed on our properties, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If the pool fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. [SI]
