Recently remodeled 2/2 furnished apartment on first floor. I will discount the rent by $100 if paid before the first of the month (or the date on which it is due). Private owner. The HOA does a criminal background check. I will refund the fee if a lease is signed (via reduction in first month's rent). Please see pictures and contact me with questions. Available now, but will need at least a week for HOA's review and approval. Sorry, no pets. One designated parking spot, but can have 2 vehicles parked in guests spots which are plentiful. Community has pool and tennis courts. Excellent location close to I-75, restaurants, beaches, and downtown Punta Gorda. Tenant pays for electricity, internet, and cable if desired. Owner pays for water, garbage, and HOA fees.
