Plumbing is sensitive; do not pour grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins, tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a violation may result in a fine of up to $500. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate of noise levels outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM.
