A written notification and approval from the host is required for pets, with a pet fee applied and subject to up to a $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog. Please be aware that humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence in Florida, and while the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests are advised to pack sunscreen and bug spray. Plumbing is sensitive; do not pour or flush grease, glass, metal, plastics, sanitary napkins, tampons, seafood shells, fish scales, diapers, rags, clothing, explosives, flammable material, oil, or strong chemicals down any drain, as a fine of up to $500 will apply for violations. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Report damages immediately.
