Featuring a spacious open-concept design, a swimming pool, and the best of indoor/outdoor living, come experience the best that Florida has to offer! The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features everything you need for your dining needs and more. Kitchen essentials are included so you can cook as if you’re in your own kitchen. Featuring an oversized kitchen island, ample counter space, and top-of-the-line appliances, this kitchen is the gold standard for kitchens! Free parking is available to all guests in the 2-car garage or on the driveway. If additional parking is needed, vehicles can park on the neighborhood streets as well. Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. A $150 initial heating cost will apply and $60 per day to maintain pool temperature at all times. You also have the option to heat just the spa for a $120 initial heating cost and $40 per day to maintain the temperature. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees. An additional nightly rate for 6+ guests applies, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets are not allowed.
