There is a no-smoking policy on the property; cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided on the front patio, and an additional fee to remove stains/odors from cigarettes will apply. Pick up all trash before departing and place it in an outside trash can. Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Please wash all dishes, and if the dishwasher was used, please run and unload it prior to departure. Do not open the windows. Do not overload the washer/dryer, do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units, and empty the dryer lint trap after every use; additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
