Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation.
