This apartment features two queen beds with comfortable mattresses and two queen sofa beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses. Enjoy central air conditioning and heating throughout, large flat-screen SMART TVs with Netflix and YouTube in the living room and bedrooms, and brand-new upscale furniture and decorations. The full kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, and all stainless steel appliances. A hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and linens are provided. Onsite laundry room with a washer and dryer is available. Free parking is provided in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet applies, with breed limitations and a pet policy to agree to before booking. A $500 fine applies for parties, events, or gatherings, resulting in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, with a $500 fine for any noise complaint. No indoor smoking is permitted, with outdoor smoking allowed at least 10 feet from the building, provided windows and doors remain closed; a $500 fine applies for violations.
