Additional consumables or towels and linens are available for an extra fee. Conveniently located, the FLL airport is just a half-hour away. You'll find yourself close to diverse dining options, vibrant nightlife, expansive malls, cozy cafes, essential grocery outlets, and the iconic Pompano Beach Pier. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for safety, and tampering with them will incur a $1000 fine. Pets are allowed with prior inquiry regarding breed limitations and agreement to the pet policy. A late check-out fee of $25 applies for check-outs at 12 PM noon, if requested by 9 PM the night before departure.
