Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and a $500 fine will be imposed for violations. Smoking indoors is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building. If you wish to bring a pet, inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to the pet policy. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. One parking spot is available per reservation for standard-size personal vehicles only. A $500 fine applies for parking violations. The property is monitored with exterior cameras for guest safety, and tampering with them will result in a $1000 fine. Crypto mining is not allowed, and any guest wishing to receive packages must obtain host permission first. No packages may be delivered outside of the guest’s booked dates. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout as there is no storage facility available.
